Yes You Can.

Occupational Therapy is all about quality of life. It's all about strategies, adaptations and training to overcome developmental, neurological, sensory and physical impairments. OT is Yes You Can. Our background in anatomy, psychology and neurology is a foundation for our creative, intuitive practice, helping you achieve activities in work, leisure and daily living.


Since combining my OT training with the practice of Yoga, I believe I have stumbled on something big. Besides helping my clients improve their self confidence and coordination , I have seen Yoga transform lives. I have seen the practice calm seizures, meet sensory needs, integrate reflexes, develop brain skills, settle nervous systems, improve balance, empower healing, speed concussion recovery and more.


So that's a little bit about OT. And a little bit about my Yoga. Let's chat more. Im looking forward to it.
